The location was ideal for exploring the city. The staff was always available and eager to assist with any requests. I found the breakfast selection very diverse. I also appreciated the underground parking, it offered direct access to the hotel.
I experienced some noise from external sources during the night. It slightly disrupted sleep.

the location was great it was a short walk to many attractions. the breakfast had a wonderful selection of foods i enjoyed the variety. the lounge bar was beautiful it was a relaxing space to unwind in the evening.
the bed was not very comfortable i felt the mattress had some wear. the room felt a little dark even with the lights on it could have been brighter. the water temperature in the shower fluctuated sometimes it was too hot or too cold.

the room was spacious. it had all basic amenities.
the power went out around 10 p.m. while i was taking a bath. the room became dark. it created a safety hazard. i contacted the front desk, but no one followed up. also, the bed was less comfortable than expected.

The hotel has spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Robes and slippers are available for the spa, i appreciated that. I found the location excellent. A few minutes walk gets you to the square. The hotel maintains a very clean environment, important.
I noticed two used bathrobes at the bottom of the wardrobe. Two fresh ones were available in another part of the wardrobe.

The location was acceptable. It allowed easy access to various points of interest.
I found the front desk staff unhelpful and unwelcoming. They were uniformly unsmiling. my room supposedly had a canal view, but it was small and dark. the bathroom was tiny, it featured a plastic shower cabin where bending over was difficult. it felt unworthy of a four-star rating.
